Job Summary

Ash Properties & Constructions Ltd is seeking a smart, creative, and highly organized Media Executive / Content Creator to lead the company’s day-to-day media and content execution.

The ideal candidate should be able to capture, edit, organize, and publish high-quality visual content that reflects a premium real estate brand. This role is best suited for someone with strong content creation skills, good visual judgment, and the ability to work from the office daily.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture photo and video content for properties, site visits, office activities, and events
Edit videos, reels, photographs, and branded media content
Manage social media posting and content scheduling
Support simple design tasks for property and campaign materials
Maintain an organized media library for property and campaign assets
Support website content updates and basic SEO-related content tasks
Coordinate shoot schedules, content timelines, and deliverables with relevant teams

KEY COMPETENCIES

Relevant experience in content creation, media production, or digital marketing
Good photography, videography, and editing skills
Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, WordPress, and related platforms
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
Ability to work on-site in Ikoyi, Lagos
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for property shoots
